SERVICE & PURCHASE POLICIES
You have up to 24 hours before your service appointment to cancel or reschedule. To cancel or reschedule, please visit our website or call us.
When preparing for a service visit, please make sure there is fuel in the watercraft and the key is easily located. An additional fee of $25 will be applied if there is no fuel or key. If the dock has been removed, an additional fee of $75 will be applied.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Privacy & Safety is of the upmost importance to Stateline Recreation. All personal information collected through our site is safely stored on our servers and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization, unless express permission has been given by the individual whose information is in question.
By subscribing to our updates, completing a Contact Form, or booking one of our services via our site, you agree to receive communication from us, in the form of email or phone call. Communication may include, but not be limited to, updates on our organization, coordination for purchase or service inquiries, confirmation of services booked, and more.
You are always able to unsubscribe to email communication from us by selecting "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of automated emails. Please contact us if you have more questions or concerns regarding our communication practices.
PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, Stateline Recreation only accepts in-person payments in the form of cash or check. We no longer accept barter agreements. This is due to the fact that the last two chickens we took on trade passed unexpectedly before we could add them to the Stateline Recreation family.
