Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. They cover your use of statelinerec.com and the services we provide at our Angola, Indiana location.
Effective April 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging StateLine Recreation (“StateLine,” “we,” or “us”) for marine service, storage, consignment, or any related work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Marine Service Work
Service estimates are good-faith approximations based on the information provided at intake. Final invoices may vary if additional parts, labor, or unforeseen issues are discovered. We will contact you for approval before authorizing material changes in scope.
Boats left for service must be picked up within 14 days of completion notification. Storage fees may apply after that period.
3. Storage
Storage is offered subject to a separate storage agreement signed at drop-off. Owners are responsible for maintaining valid insurance on stored vessels. StateLine is not liable for loss or damage caused by weather, theft, vandalism, fire, or acts of God except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.
4. Consignment Sales
Boats listed on consignment are sold under a separate consignment agreement that defines the listing price, commission, and term. Listings on this website are informational. Specifications, pricing, and availability can change without notice.
5. Booking & Cancellations
Service appointments booked through this site are confirmed once we contact you. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without a fee.
6. Website Use
Content on this site is provided for general information only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission. We may update or remove content at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information presented is complete or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StateLine’s total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability for service, storage, or consignment work is governed by the corresponding signed agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Steuben County, Indiana.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
